I know that is frustrating. I was dialated to one at 36 weeks with Julia and stayed there until I delivered - at 41 weeks. When they tell you that you have dialated it gives you hope that the baby will be getting out soon. When there is no progress it feels like they have taken up residency and will be going to college in your belly. Hang in there - they do come out!
